Our Origins
How It Began
i-Human begins with an ambitious initiative that brings people from diverse backgrounds together to explore a fundamental question: what makes us human?
Created by Diana Moreno-Gomez and Jag Poonia, i-Human places our shared humanity at the heart of how we relate to each other and the world around us.
How It works
Through dialogue and co-creation workshops carefully designed to spark collective imagination and creativity, participants explore the universal experiences that connect us all— joy, hope, fear, love, and the need to belong. We create the spaces where people can feel confident and inspired to develop new ideas and solutions for our deeply human challenges.

At a time when conversations around participation and inclusion often emphasise our differences, i-Human takes a different approach. We challenge the assumptions that reinforce division and shift the narrative towards what unites us. My background in social science and environmental work shapes how I see organisations: as living systems, shaped by relationships, language and shared meaning. I am particularly interested in how participation strengthens resilience, shared responsibility and long-term sustainability.When people feel heard and connected, new possibilities emerge. At i-Human, I bring deep listening and cultural insight into participatory spaces where we shape what comes next, together.
